Eligiblity Criteria for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2016
Age Limit : The willing candidate should be minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 25 years for Cook, MTS, Safaiwala / Sweeper posts and 27 years for Hindi Typist & Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts as on closing date for receipt of application.

Education Qualification
Hindi Typist : Aspirants must possess 12th class or equivalent education qualification form a recognized Board or University. Candidate must be able to Type at the speed of 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer, corresponding to 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
LDC : Aspirants should be 12th class or equivalent education qualification form a recognized Board or University. Candidate must be able to Type at the speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer, corresponding to 10500 KDPH or 9000 KDPH respectively on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
Cook : Candidate must have passed Matriculation with six months experience in the trade (OR) Ex-serviceman with similar qualification.
MTS / Safaiwala / Sweeper : Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Board.

Selection Process for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2016
The selection of the candidates will be made through performance in Written Examination.
